This 6-bottle selection contains wines that perfectly marry the mood and winter cuisine.

CARANTI Barbera d'Asti Superione DOCG

If you want to drink a Barbera that contains all the emotions that Monferrato tells, Caranti is for you. After 12 months of aging in 500-liter tonneaux, it rests in the bottle until the right balance is reached. A warranty.

ALFERO Piemonte Rosso DOC

An atypical Pinot Noir, the Alfero has contrasts that make it unique. Gianluca's hand enters overwhelmingly in this bottle that has clear and intense aromas. Those who love pinot noir must absolutely taste it.

AMIS Piemonte Rosso DOC

Amis was the first wine made by Gianluca back in 1992 and is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Barbera.

Aged for two years in wood and the same number in the bottle, Amis is a wine played on the balance between fruit and body with great prospects for evolution guaranteed by the Korked screw cap closure.

900 Margherita Nizza DOCG

Margherita comes from the first vineyard that great-grandmother Margherita started working in the distant 1900s; it grows on a friable white marl that gives it a balance from the youth stage. Nizza Margherita is closed with the Korked screw cap with controlled oxygen permeability.

MORINACCIO SUI LIEVITI Barbera antica

a wine to have serious fun with. The refermentation in the bottle gives us an ancient Barbera, but with a summer twist.

RUGIADA Passito of Barbera grapes

(500 ml)

The grapes, harvested slightly in advance, are left to dry on racks for about three months, then pressed and fermented. This is followed by three years of aging in wood and as many in the bottle before being marketed.

The residual sugar and the freshness of Barbera make it suitable for many specialties. Perfect with cheese and dark chocolate but it is a superb after dinner.
