Nizza DOCG Neuvsent is a project that started long ago, before the Nice DOCG was born. From the separate harvest of the three vineyards that grow on very different soils, three Nizza are born, identical in soul but different in structure. They contain the memories of an ancient world but they also know how to tell the present and look to the future. Drinking Gianluca's 3 Nizza, his hand is overwhelming, guided by a history that has deep roots but that knows how to move towards the future. Vigna Cec takes its name from Francesco (in dialect Cec is abbreviated) who planted it in 1947. A fatty silt-clay soil gives this Nizza complex aromas that are completed with bottle aging.
